You'll receive your very own plan for the 21 days tailored to you - your activity level, equipment availability, time availability, home or gym.
How often: Set your weekly personalised training to 3, 4, or 5 days per week - choose what will work for your schedule. You'll find follow along workouts within the MIJO app to supplement your plan throughout the reset should you wish to take it up a notch.
Where: You can be anywhere in the world as all is provided online and via the MIJO app.You select from training at Home or Gym, whatever you feel more comfortable with.
How: You can also be confident in the fact that you are performing the exercises correctly as we will provide demonstrations for each exercise.
With our past experiences and knowledge of what exercises work best for each person’s preference, we will make sure your MIJO program is allowing you to optimise your potential for each workout session.

While moving your body is incredible for your overall health its what we eat that can be a huge game changer, this is where your custom meal plan can really support you.
Being able to select to eat 3, 4 or 5meals per day depending on your preference, a variety of dietary needs or preferences and switching out meals as quickly as a click of the button means you're able to really support yourself nutritionally to establish new eating habits during this challenge.
Meal plans do not have to be boring and tasteless! Nor do meals have to take forever to prepare.
You'll receive 7 x comprehensive, entirely custom single-day meal plans and accompanying recipes. Meaning should a particular day in your plan really work well for you you can repeat it as often as you like making batch preparation easy but if it's variety you're after you have 7 different days set out to cater to you, your needs, your preferences and goals.
Remember, training is important BUT fuelling your body with the correct foods is the game changer! You just trust in the process and get results by staying consistent and patient!

The program is available through our website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and we will start putting together your personalized program!
Yes, the reason we chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from us. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to us that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email us with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym we've got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
